The process for hiring a caregiver from Guardian Continental involves an initial consultation to assess the client's needs, followed by a care plan and matching a nurse to the client's specific needs.


  We can provide nursing staff within 48-72 hours of receiving a request. In emergency situations, we can often provide staff even faster.


  We have a strict quality assurance program in place that includes regular check-ins with patients and their families, as well as ongoing training and education for our nursing staff. We also conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor patient satisfaction.


  

We have a rigorous screening process for our caregivers, as well as ongoing training and supervision to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
